Wagyu H. establishes itself in the nobility of French vines, but not just any! The champagne vineyard, thanks to a charming family of artisan butcher, passionate about the profession of the mouth and above all very humble.

After having tested a first rib of wagyu beef, the butcher shop "LE PRESTIGE DE LA VIANDE" has validated the quality of our lower ribs and offers other wagyu pieces to its customers.

They gave me the pleasure of trying a pot-au-feu with fresh vegetables and well-chosen pieces of wagyu.

Nathalie and Etienne Puizon and their entire team offer quality products such as "ORGANIC" Parthenaise meat and gourmet preparations in their magnificent fuchsia-colored shop. In addition, they have a catering service and offer the fresh WAGYU burger made with baker's bread, sweet potato fries and "HOMEMADE" sauces.
